Hilltop were approached recently by the well known multi-national car manufacturer Mercedes Benz.
Their technical team needed a solution for their harnesses where the connectors join onto the wire. To do this they required a special Digital LCD Display heat gun with Precise Temperature Control, this to help them establish the correct temperature to ensure the connector didn't warp - otherwise it could sustain permanent damage.
After trialling a number of our heat tools/ devices, the Steinel HL2010E heat gun eventually proved to provide the ideal solution for the job.
