Please note that there is a bespoke attachment designed for the rear on this Machine that is included in the price.

Our customer has designed and fitted this bespoke attachment that will hem a sheet perfectly, it provides a Hem finish on PVC materials.

The Operators utilising this Welder with this bespoke attachment have advised it did a better job than that of the original Leister accessory designed for the same purpose, that Leister accessory retails at around £400-00 exc VAT.

This unit new including accessories would now cost in the region of £5,200.00 exc VAT.

It has the 40mm roller and heat nozzle.

The Leister Variant T1 has an impressive welding speed of up to 18 metres per minute, combined with a slim, study and compact design.

Designed with the aim of increased productivity when manufacturing items such as lorry side curtains and tarpaulins, marquees and other PVC coated materials, the Variant T1 will weld at up to 18m/min, almost twice the speed of the existing machine. A key new feature is the ability to view all angles of the welded seam during the welding process; a critical part of the new machine. This ensures that the operator has full control over the final result of the item being manufactured, ensuring maximum quality of the finished product.
