Details

A direct alternative to Tyco DR-25 diesel resistant heat shrink. This tubing comes plain, unmarked.

FRAG is a heat-shrinkable thick wall tubing designed for harsh environments. It has excellent resistance to fluids at elevated temperatures and good long term heat resistance.It is made from a radiation crosslinked elastomeric material specially formulated for optimum high temperature fluid resistance and long term heat resistance.

FRAG is flexible as well as abrasion resistant. These properties make it ideal for the protection of electrical cables or similar components.

The operating temperature for FRAG tubing is from -55°C to + 150°C for long periods. Shrinking to 50% of its supplied diameter when heated, 10 standard sizes of tubing will cover the diameter range from 1.6mm to 70mm.

Suitable as a jacketing material for military vehicle cables and harnesses.
