Heat shrink tubing Diesel Resistant - HDR-25
Heat-Shrinkable, Flexible, Chemical and Abrasion Resistant Tubing.
Hilltop HDR-25 (DR-25) heat-shrinkable tubing is flexible and abrasion resistant. It is made from radiation cross linked elastomeric material specially formulated for optimum high temperature fluid resistance and long term heat resistance.
Its high resistance to aviation and diesel fuels, hydraulic fluids and lubrication oils makes it suitable for protecting military ground cables and harnesses from both these fluids, and abrasion. It reliably protects terminals, connectors, and other components from most industrial fuels and mechanical damage.
The operating temperature for HDR-25 tubing is from 70°C to + 150°C for long periods. Shrinking to 50% of its supplied diameter when heated, 10 standard sizes will cover the diameter range from 1.6mm to 70mm.
- Minimum Shrink Temperature: 150°C (302°F)
- Minimum Full Recovery Temperature: 175°C (347°F)
- Operating Temperature: -75°C to 150°C (-103°F to 302°F)
Can be supplied continuous and in cut lengths.
