ISO Audit team congratulate Hilltop on excellence

Hilltop Products Ltd is pleased to announce a successful re-certification of their Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2000. The ISO awarding body (Centre for Assessment) was very complimentary of Hilltop Products within their audit report, stating that “The quality system has been maintained to a good standard”. Other positive notes from the report included:-
“…good attention to detail was evident. In particular the Sales Enquiry and Order Processes were examined in detail and found to be excellent…”
“The same attention to detail could be found in other key processes. There is no doubt that the company has invested a lot of time and effort in developing process controls”
The report concluded by saying that:-
“The audit team concludes that Customers can be assured that the Company runs an effective Quality System”
