Customer Satisfaction Survey 2008

Customer Satisfaction is one of Hilltop Products Priorities

One of the cornerstones of Hilltop Products philosophy is the exceeding of its customers expectations, in all areas. As a result customer satisfaction surveys are undertaken by Hilltop Products to ascertain the perceptions that its customers have of Hilltop Products as a company and also the people that work for Hilltop Products. Customers are asked to rank their response on a sliding scale from being “Highly Satisfied” through to “Highly Dissatisfied” at the opposite end of the scale. The results of the latest survey are as follows.

The survey asked customers to rate their perceptions of Hilltop staff

  • Does Hilltop Products employ personnel who are helpful, approachable and customer focused? 97% of respondents where as a minimum satisfied, of which 60% were highly satisfied.
  • Does Hilltop Products employ personnel who have a sound level of product and industry knowledge? 100% of respondents where as a minimum satisfied, of which 43% were highly satisfied.
  • Does Hilltop Products respond to enquiries and requests efficiently and within an acceptable timescale? 98% of respondents where as a minimum satisfied, of which 46% were highly satisfied.

The survey asked customers to rate their perceptions of Hilltop Products on the range of products supplied and also how they compare to their competitors.

  • Does Hilltop Products offer a comprehensive range of products which meet your needs? 100% of respondents where as a minimum satisfied, of which 44% were highly satisfied.
  • Does Hilltop Products offer competitively priced products? 92% of respondents where as a minimum satisfied, of which 47% were reasonably satisfied.
  • Does Hilltop Products exceed the overall performance of its competitors? 84% of respondents where as a minimum satisfied, of which 35% were reasonably satisfied.

The survey asked customers to rate the quality of products supplied by Hilltop Products and also on time deliveries.

  • Does Hilltop Products Supply products of high quality? 95% of respondents where as a minimum satisfied, of which 32% were highly satisfied.
  • Does Hilltop Products Provide on time deliveries? 81% of respondents where as a minimum satisfied, of which 37% were highly satisfied.
