BUYING GUIDE BELOW
Flexible neoprene rubber tubing and sleeve are available from Hilltop products in plain cut sleeves, printed markers and continuous sleeving. These products are available in a huge range of sizes, thicknesses and colours.
Typically used as cable sleeving and to provide electrical insulation, neoprene tubing is a preferred choice in a great number of industries.
the tough material is suited to the binding and identification of cable harnesses and, because of the materials elastomeric properties, the material can expand significantly during assembly.
With good elastic and mechanical properties, the material is also petrol and oil resistant. It is also resistant against metal.
Hilltop Products manufactures and stocks neoprene tubing in wide variety of sizes. Different colours are also available to help make identification easier. We offer free delivery on all orders over £50.
Silicone rubber tubing and sleeving is extruded from a high strength silicone rubber compound. The super tough tubing is manufactured by Hilltop Products in bore sizes from 0.2mm ID up to 200mm, to meet the demands from a wide variety of applications.
Manufactured with extremely fine tolerances, the smallest silicone tubing is commonly used as electrical sleeving while midrange sizes are generally used to transport fluids and powders in food processing and pharmaceutical industries.
In hygiene-critical environments, our translucent silicone tubing can be platinum cured (to prevent yellowing) on bore sizes from 0.5mm to 25mm.
Silicone rubber tubing and sleeves are available in a wide variety of sizes and colours. Free delivery is available on all orders over £50.
EPDM tubing is tough in harsh environments. It’s commonly used in automotive settings – as heater/coolant hose, vacuum-operated machinery and emissions systems. It is also used in agricultural, aviation, marine and plant settings and for things like water and garden hose.
EPDM tubing is electricity resistant and can safely be exposed to fireproof hydraulic fluids, ketones, hot and cold water, alcohols, alkalis and some acids. It can’t be used with most oils, gasoline, kerosene, hydrocarbons, halogenated solvents and concentrated acids.
The tubing is weather resistant and will last a long time out in the elements. It is also tough against heat, ozone and oxidation. EPDM tubing can also be developed to accentuate flame retardance, tensile strength, tear and abrasion resistance, low-temperature flexibility, compression set resistance and oil swell resistance. As EPDM's versatile polymer designs continue to be developed, EPDM tubing will become even more varied.
