Bespoke Printed Heat Shrink Markers

ZH201BOur Bespoke Cable Markers can be produced from various Sleevings, such as:

  • Commercial Heat Shrink 2:1 and 3:1 - HSP1 & HSP3
  • Adhesive Lined Heat Shrink 3:1 and 4:1 - DWA
  • Zero Halogen Limited Fire Hazard Grade - ZH201B

 

Cable markers

Our HSP1 & HSP3 is manufactured from Polyolefin, these cable markers are flame retardant with excellent physical and electrical performance. It is a tough, flexible, general purpose tubing with good resistance to common fluids and solvents and a high dielectric strength.

DWA is semi flexible, heat shrinkable tubing with meltable adhesive inner lining designed to provide moisture proof sealing to a wide range of substrates such as electrical wire splices, cable jackets, wire breakouts and electrical components.

ZH201B is Endless flattened zero halogen limited fire hazard heat shrink tubing with ideal properties for identification by thermal transfer printing. ZH201B complies with Boeing Specification Standard BSS 7239 & Railway normative CEN/TS 45545-2 and UNI CEI 11170-3.

Available in the above materials these Cable Markers make them suitable for a wide range of uses including Identification of Wires, Cables, Pipes, Military and Industrial applications.

Our heat shrink markers are usually shrink fitted using a heat gun or heat processing machine.
